Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at cristina@walluna.com and provide us with your order number, the issue you experienced, and your contact information. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for returning the products will not be reimbursed.
